PFC Seth Michael Soulsby, 19, of Mogadore, Ohio, died September 14, 2012 in Killeen, Texas. PFC was a decorated soldier. He was identified as one of three people killed in a fire near Fort Hood, Texas.

Seth was born March 19, 1993 in Gainesville, Florida. He was a graduate of Mogadore High School Class of 2011. He entered the Army in June 2011 as an infantryman. He was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas since December 2011. According to Army officials, PFC Soulsby won several citations including the National Defense Service Medal, the Army Good Conduct medal and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and Army Service ribbon.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Harry Kay Soulsby and Edward Ross Heacox. Seth is survived by his mother, Kimberly (Kevin) Markham; father, Harry (Jeanette) Soulsby, Jr.; sister, Danielle Roberts; step-sisters, Elizabeth Swisher and Emma Joy Swisher; step-brothers, Levi Swisher and Cody Markham; grandmothers, Randie Heacox and Rita McCabe; great-grandmother, Mary Katherine Soulsby; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

His step-brother Levi Swisher currently serves in the U.S. Army and his cousin, James Weber is serving in the U.S. Navy and cousin, Allen Weber is serving in the U.S. Army.
