Michael Korutz IV, 23 years, of Orefield, died Friday, December 29, 2006 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
Michael was born in Allentown on June 22, 1983. He served his country in the Marine Corp in Iraq from 2001-2005.
Survivors: Mother, Barbara E. (Helmstetter) Korutz and her companion, Randy C. Frederick, of Allentown; father, Michael Korutz III of Palmerton; sister, Jennifer Korutz of Whitehall; maternal grandfather, Richard P. Helmstetter and his wife, Colleen, in South Dakota; maternal grandmother, Patricia (Federico) Frederick and her husband, Jeffery, of Orefield; paternal grandmother, Marie Korutz of Whitehall; aunts; uncles; cousins.
